Inside the Hollander Chocolate headquarters on the south side — a converted car dealership, which usually means high ceilings, hard surfaces, and a lot of light. Opened October 2025.
The coffee is very good, and there’s enough beyond it — non-coffee drinks, real meals, snacks — that you can sit through a whole morning without running out of reasons to order. That’s the thing that makes a long session work.
Four distinct zones, which is more than anywhere else in town has — a bar up front, a couple of areas that seat a group, and quieter corners besides.
Being off the main downtown strip turns out to be the advantage. There’s a proper lot, so you’re not circling Franklin Street looking for a space before you’ve even started.
